Credentialing Services
At this time I am offering to provide a 30 minute conversation with providers to assess what their credentialing needs are and if we can work together to meet credentialing goals. If it is decided that we can work together, a credentialing contract with expectations and cost will be provided.
Cost:
$25 for a 30 minute conversation, which will be paid upfront before the conversation.
What will be covered in the consultation:
-
Which insurances you are seeking to credential with
-
Establish an understanding of the timeline of the credentialing process
-
Make sure that your CAQH is up to date and that you understand the importance of providing correct and needed information for credentialing from the start
-
If we decide to move forward with credentialing, discuss next steps and the cost, a $125 flat fee for application submission and follow up with insurance companies, the $25 from the consultation call will be applied to that
Please note that I currently do not do credentialing for Carelon.
