Insurance companies requires TMS specialty codes to be attached to provider contracts. I ensure that the correct codes are utilized and attached to the agreement. I am experienced in negotiating TMS reimbursement rates with insurance companies on behalf of providers.
Clients need to meet certain guidelines to be eligible for TMS services. I am experienced in gathering the information from the client about their treatment history to ensure those guidelines are met. I will then fill out the prior authorization form and submit it to the insurance company. I work closely with the insurance company to ensure completion of the prior authorization.
I know which CPT codes are needed and utilized for TMS services to be reimbursed by insurances. I will complete the 1500 CMS form and submit to insurances on the behalf of providers. I am experienced in handling denials by working closely with insurance companies to reprocess the claim and prevent future denials.
